Navigation:  Enter Data > Data Form > Essential Patient Data

Most of the patient related fields are optional and you do not necessarily need to enter all of them. But we recommend to enter at least name, gender and date of birth as basic patient data. Identifying patients when importing external data requires a full name and date of birth.

Additional data such as phone numbers, e-mail and address will be used when generating patient follow up lists. The fields 'gener' and 'genetic origin' are optional filter fields where your data can be selected on.

Note: you will be able to filter all graphs and reports by fields which are color coded either light blue (optional) or light yellow (mandatory) parameters.
